Neoteric Contracts Ltd was formed by David Pugh and Christopher Balham in 2011, between them they have over amassed over 45 years experience in the building trade which has enabled them together and with their skilled and trusted workforce to take on and complete jobs to a very high standard of quality in both the commercial and domestic side of the building trade.

We offer a wide range of building services within both the domestic and commercial markets from simple carpentry and plastering tasks, extensions, through to complete house builds from the ground upwards, we also specialise in office refurbishments and shop fitting of any size and nature.
